A little trouble on the administrative side but the work went well.

Kyle let us know when he was coming, was there as promised, was friendly, polite and very informative. let me know exactly what he was doing, got the termite bait traps in quickly and followed up with an email indicating exactly what was done.

The person they sent out to treat my ant problem was great. Friendly informative, professional, and man was he thorough. He spent an hour and a half tracking down and treating the sources of the problem. I was very impressed and very happy. The thousands of dead ants around the outside of my house? Not so happy.

Austin was great. He came to my home and explained everything to me in detail that needed to be done and I seen progress with his work so thank you. I recommend rocket pest control.

I appreciate scheduled calls with Rocket: I started with Wayne, who was the best service guy I had ever interacted with, he was communicative around appointments, he was informative about the happenings around my house and any pest control issues went from night to day in a new home purchase while Rocket was taking care of my home. But, today I learned that Wayne took early retirement and I was sad! This said, Xavier arrived to complete a termite service and he was just as professional and had an excellent service centered demeanor. I learned he was trained by Wayne. Xavier went over and above and removed a diamond-backed water snake from my yard. Thanks Rocket!

This was my first time using Home Pestcontrol for service and the young man Ernest was our technician.Ernest was very informative and he explained everything that he was doing. Ernest was very friendly and professional he even wore shoe covers before entering my home.(I wish all service providers that come into your home would wear shoe covers) I will gladly use Home pest control again to service my home.
